How it works

First create your PriParcel account

It all starts with creating your account:

• Click on Apply
  Create a username, a password and enter your e-mail address.
  Confirm this address by clicking on the link in an e-mail message that we automatically send you.
• Log in and finish your registration
  Enter some personal/company details and upload a copy of your ID.
  Our administration will check this and then activate your account.
• Done!
  You can start using your PriParcel address as your delivery address

Receive and forward packages

You can use your PriParcel delivery address at any webshop, because PriParcel can receive packages from all over the world from any shop.

Once you are ready to have your parcels forwarded, you can indicate this in the PriPortal. If you want to have multiple packages forwarded, we can consolidate them into one shipment so that you save on shipping costs. For each shipment you can indicate where it should be sent (forwarding address) and with which carrier. You can also indicate additional wishes, for example whether you want to insure the package.

Payment

After you have instructed us to forward your parcels, we will prepare the shipment. At that moment you will receive the final price of the shipment, including a payment link. The amount is based on the various activities we perform for you plus the shipping costs. Check our price page for more info. Once payment is received, the package will be sent and you’ll receive a Track & Trade code.

Follow the process in our online platform

We understand that you want to be in control and know where your package is located. You can manage and view the whole process online in our customer portal: expected shipments, received shipments, packages that are being processed by us and of course the packages sent by us to your address. If you want us to take photos of the packages and / or the content, we also upload them in the PriPortal.
